Founded in 1978, Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. (Formosa Plastics) is a growing, vertically integrated supplier of plastic resins and petrochemicals that employs more than 2,900 people. With annual revenues of more than $5 billion. The decision to go solar was made based on cost savings considerations, valuable tax incentives and sustainability goals. In September of 2019, Solar landscape completed construction on a 1.28 MW DC system using that uses both rooftop and car part solar arrays.
